Billing error - cant sign in on customer support page to resolve issue by email

Hi,

it seems I have been billed twice for the Summerset pre-order. I tried contacting customer support via the website, but can't log in there. I can log on forum fine (obviously), in-game is fine too. But the CS page won't let me log.

can you contact me so we can resolve this?

If you can't login through the ESO help portal, please follow the steps below to start a support ticket:

Visit the account recovery page and select your platform, your Userid, and the appropriate option in the drop down for "Issue Type."
Fill out the form to the best of your ability. If you are currently using a different email than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please enter that in the Your Current Email Address line.
Enter what you can remember about your account in the Account Ownership Verification fields.
Attach any proof of purchase you may have to the form.
In the Describe Your Problem in Detail box, please include the email address that is currently associated with your ESO game account and a brief description of your issue.
When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

I did what you ask for, although i don't need an account recovery, since i can log in with my account everywhere except CS page. Still did the procedure though.

i am waiting to hear from you now.
