Sorry wasn't clear enough there have definitely been times when the NA server hasn't been taken down when the EU one has.
So I am assuming that it is possible for the EU server to stay up whils't the NA one is down.Live a little love a lot send all your gold to this Imperials pot.0 -

Hopefully they didn't have issues and were forced to restore from backups...

Not raging about it or anything. But is this normal? i just got back on this game after leaving about 6 months into vanilla, and its been down half the time I've been back. I live in Aus so that is evenings when I get to play. Went down at 5pm today and its now 10:42pm still down. Seems to have been down about 5 times, I also subbed to ESO plus, was this a mistake? Just want to make sure its worth me paying and that its not going to be down half the nights of the month I'm subscribed to haha.0 -

Its why at release i unsubbed and moved on, funnily i just returned as well and well nothing seems to have changed its still not worth subbing for tbh.. When every afternoon and night you can't even play why on earth would you pay money..

✭No, they've had a bunch of unexpected issues that have all cropped up this week. It's not representative, and normally maintenance is limited to once a week.
ESO+ is never a mistake, and the vast majority of people who subscribe to it consider it to be well worth the outlay.3 -

Last time I was on the EU server (last month or so) was because I a discovered my launcher automatically logs me in to EU when NA is not available due to downtime. I didn't realize NA was down until I saw an old character I haven't touched in 4 years.

At the Moment, a Big Event is going on, also, in Europe(Frankfurt) there was a massive Server Breakdown at a Provider. We, in Germany had Problems with our Internet Providers, while i play on PC/NA and had not many Server outtakes, not as many as PC/EU, it happens more often during massive Events. Usually the Servers are fine and yes, we are unusually long offline today/tonight youre time but that lets me hope that they fix something or the Hamster died again and they must wait until Shops open to get new ones
