People complain when the sub is optional but you have to pay for content updates and vanity items. People just like to complain about anything that isnt free. Those people should go to work for a month....for free and then they will know what its like to work for free just like they expect the devs to do. Maybe...just maybe...they will stop wanting everything for free. Probably not, but MLK had a dream and damn it so can i!!!

We'll see how P2W it is when you buy your rings off a guild trader.
You can't buy transmuted gear.
Can't transmute if can't research.
Try again. P2W.
I played a korean MMO called Shaiya where unless you spent roughly $1,000 per month on your gear alone, you would hit other players in PvP for 1 damage. Out of like 100,000 total health
I'd suggest he tries playing that game to really see what P2W and gear grind is
All I can say is THANK GOD we have a gear grind and don't have to spend thousands for it

See you in Summerset soon! O/
This is Morrowind all over again, people rage quitting and making a stink then just going to buy it and play any way pretending they were always fine with it.

Also said jumping is crap and the gear grind is worst of any MMO, among other ridiculous things in about half an hours rant to me. He played nearly 1k hours.
Not sure we can be friends anymore.
How's everyone elses week going so far?

so would you say wow has p2w elements? since jewelcrafting was locked behind an expansion? as well as better gear etc?
Well yeah, basically. That's the whole premise of P2W. Pay money -> get either access to or clear advantage over those who did not pay.
