The most whining threads I read coming from people without ESO+ membership.
Most of them complaining about features, demanding this and that.
Let them read-only the forums except "customer support-help" where they can adress questions.

I could see potential for an ESO+ forum within the forums, though I don't think it should replace the General Discussion.9 -

The money people pay should never give them more of a say than others. There was a thread a while back about a forum for ESO+ only and I didn't agree with that either.
Everyone no matter their choice of access to the game or time playing it should be allowed to voice their concerns and frustrations with the game. One of the reasons of a forum is to give feedback and opinions. Constructive criticism is useful.
Not all complaints are warranted. But on the same token all praise given is not deserved.
What would the point be of forums where everybody agrees.
Now if we could have a forum that locks idiots marked as trolls that would be wonderful.

I'm a free speech advocate, but I'm also a supporter of freedom from speech, at least in private homes, clubs and by extension internet communities.
