You must have not played many free to play games before because people will complain even about things that are 100% free. Either because it's not free enough, or too grindy, or has worse graphics than Overwatch, or literally any arbitrary reason that they can come up with to insult the game for not meeting their demands. Complaints are feedback, disguised in an egotistical viewpoint that can't bring itself to be constructive about its desires and point out the flaws in a way the developers can do something with it. They merely know how to trash talk and say "This is bad; fix it".

When you craft items with traits, they are not transmuted.

Don't buy a platform to play the game on? Can't play, can't win.

Sister holding your controller for ransom? Can't play, can't win.

I remember the story they tell us why there is no active Skills for Dark Botherhood. They said couse we want everybody in same situation with no advatage if you bought dlc. And we see how its happend)))))

Saying Summerset is P2W for giving access the crafting jewelry is like saying Wrothgar, Thieves Guild, Morrowind, and CWC are P2W for the items they give access to. You do know you can pay someone to make them for you.

How can the game be pay to win? my friend who only has the core game can even destroy players on cyrodiil.
(PVP is mostly end game on most mmos)
He has sets from dlcs but crafted by other players. you dont really need to buy a dlc to improve your gameplay. dlcs are just extra content for those die hard fans and gamers. You still get access to dlc sets, just let players(with dlc) craft them, or buy from them. The core game itself is already rich in story, lore and content. maybe he's referring to psijic order skill line? yes you need summerset but I don't think they will make it too OP.its just an extra skill tree for more exhibition gameplay, My friend is even excited of BG going to be free for all coming next patch regardless of having morrowind and now you can even buy warden class from the crownstore regardless of mw dlc, now how can this be p2w? warden class is not even op, can be butchered by experienced players with core classes, you dont always need to get BIS/Trial gear to maximize your dps/sustain etc. to compete top tier pvp, SKILL and low ping is key. The META is even changing big time due to 2h being 2pc per set. more wombo combo builds!
Maybe he just got bored of the game? ahhh, he will return soon, like deltia lol
TLDR; p2w is having insta research scrolls, box of legendary mats, "no cost" transmute scrolls and " crown gear" with op stats. in the crownstore.

This. Those without the DLC are restricted to having to use 1 crafted set in order to obtain the new jewelry. Those without can use two dungeon/world/trial dropped sets.

So, unless all jewelry, be it dungeon, world or trial post Summerset has a chance to drop in the new traits, it is a form of p2w.

Well yeah, basically. That's the whole premise of P2W. Pay money -> get either access to or clear advantage over those who did not pay.

There is no advantage, since the jewlery can be traded. Also none of the new traits are game breaking or advantageous over the base three, so the inability to transmute again becomes moot. Please study actually P2W games and economies (Perfect World, DCUO) before using the term again, since you’ve no idea what the term means.
