Just a quick reminder if you need any account help from customer service, make sure you know your Secret Question and the answer. They will not tell you the question which is absurd, so if you do not remember what question you picked a six months ago you are screwed,

It makes it harder to social engineer an account. Everyone is considered a bad guy, essentially, until you verify yourself. But, you have to verify yourself.1

Some people might be able to, but I suspect most people would need to write it down to remember it, which would beat the purpose of the question in the first place.1 -
Kreager✭✭✭Fortunately if you can access your account you can see what your question was, but to be safe I would suggest that you write it down somewhere in case of an account issue where you can't log in0

Sounds like he could answer the question, but they won't tell him what the question is. That is not a simple verification process.0 -

The whole point of a question that only you know the answer to is so that you DON'T write the question and answer down.
Being able to access your account solves this problem, but if you have to contact support about your account there's a good chance you CAN'T access the account.
This is almost as stupid as them asking for your password. They don't need that to log you in. And in another game, if you have an authenticator they don't need that either. I've had my officers demoted because of that. Lol1
