Right now, I don't have the feeling as if ZOS is handling this problem in the best way possible. Mainly because of the lack of transparency about what is actually going wrong, but also because it feels as if you just don't care that people are frustrated (please note: I'm not saying you don't care - but that's the way I feel - and I don't want to feel frustrated because of a game, because I get enough of this feeling when I'm at work).

How do I run one of these?
Run Command Prompt with administration rights (shortcut cmd), type in "tracert 159.100.230.9" and press enter.
When its finished, right-click to "select all" and press enter to copy. remember to remove your own IP adress for security
