✭✭error 200 and it also couldn't connect to the announcements server since that box was empty too.
Same here, error 200, I can’t even work out how to submit a ticket, the support thing just goes round in circles, it doesn’t even list 200... how on earth do you get some help!
Could not retrieve anouncements.... sob.... please........ HELP

If I google for locations I get confused, but I'm no IT expert.

robo26✭✭✭All the problems with servers are getting silly, lag, lag, kicked, can't log in - think this is happening to most players at the moment.
We need it fixed not excuses!!
Once it is resolved, I think ZOS need to consider a gesture of goodwill toward the player base as this has really messed up the anniversary event for many players, many of whom, cannot get the boxes daily due to the crashes.1 -

And yes, when I try to log in I make sure there is nothing else running...
