Next time you decide to have an event that increases player numbers, BE SURE that your infrastructure can handle it.
We don't even know it's an infrastructure or load issue, could be many things, so please try not assume things.
It could be. Sadly, the result is the same. People have paid for service that is not available for them to use.could be many things

This is an common problem, People can not log in so they press log in over and over, because of event people keep doing it but they would give up on an normal day.Androconium wrote: »Androconium wrote: »NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Here's another assumption: If the people can't login, because there are TOO MANY people trying to login, then we can be sure of either of these statements being true:
- The existing 'infrastructure' wasn't designed to cope with the current volume of players; or
- if it was, then part of it is not working as expected now.
It could be. Sadly, the result is the same. People have paid for service that is not available for them to use.could be many things

With any other MMO with European servers (normally located also in the Netherlands or in France or Germany) I usually get around 20-40ms. More than 100ms is what I get on US servers with many other games. It's like ESO EU server is not really in Europe.

I also remember 2-3 hour queue times just to sign in. Get home from work and it was hurry up and wait.
