Getting early access from physical edition of ESO - Amazon

Not sure if this applies to any other 3rd party retailers, but Amazon customer support will be able to give you your early access code before you actually receive your physical edition.

Just sign in to Amazon and go to customer support. At some point, there will be an option to "Contact Us". From there, select the "chat" option and ask them for the early access code located in the annotation section on your order. Only they can see this section (as far as I can tell). Enter that code in the "Redeem Code" section of your Elder Scrolls Online account. I hope this helps some people!

    Amazon had actually emailed me my code and I missed it until reading the emails further.

    Eredhon, after I read your response, I decided to go back through my emails and see if Amazon did the same for me... They did not :neutral_face:

    I got the email with code from amazon i redeemed the code and it did say on my account early acess now it dosent and when i try log in it says login info is incorect. I have done everything even reset password nothing works any ideas.

    If you ordered the standard retail version, then I believe you only get 3 days early access. It may be that you're not yet allowed access. Did you order the standard edition or Imperial Edition?
