Unless youre trying to obtain the title so you can buy the Throne Furnishing, or the elder scroll furnishing, or have the outfit...You don't need a title to know you made emperor.
Winners know they've won regardless of the prize they get.
You know, the only real reason(s) to pursue the title in the first place.
You don't need to prove to others that you made emperor. You know you made it.
90% of the players I've seen wearing the former emp title earned it in a non-competitive campaign. I rarely see anyone that earned it from Vivec (formerly Trueflame/ Azura star when it had cp) wearing the title.

Most emp pushes people will put up 500k-1 million the first day.

And thanks to a glitch I didn't get Emperor.
So I contacted Customer Service and the response is. To bad however if I have any other issues let them know. Happy 4 year anniversary ESO.
tl;dr
No lifing to become Emperor doesn't pay.
Now as an aside while it is not your job to convince us to play @ZOS_GinaBruno care to offer any words of encouragement?
Wasn't a glitch ... Your last emp abdicated which means your faction has to lose all 6 keeps and retake them ... You didn't lose all 6 before you retook them ... Unlucky2 -

I also played nonstop from reset until I got emperor. I farmed AP all night and all the next day while the server was mostly dead.
When people started logging in late afternoon/early evening myself and others called in reinforcements and with a couple of groups coordinating the last 2-3 keeps. We got it done before the prime time crowd really showed up.
It was less than 24 hours from reset so I was lucky I was able to get to first place and maintain then had the support to get it done.
I had been awake for 36+ hours (worked the day before reset) and I was numb with fatigue after I got it. I slept for 10 hours afterward and still felt tired.
It was exhausting, but it was an interesting journey both mentally and physically, but I don't think I'll ever do it again....lolEdited by Katahdin on April 10, 2018 2:17AMBeta tester November 20130 -
