Any way to force English only? Its quite confusing when i see a bunch of german categories too... Any help is appreciated

Currently no it doesn't have an option to do so.
Apparently these forums are just a place holder for the real forum expect to come when the game goes live.
It is kinda weird to have a forum like this during early access, like we are in basically an open beta and we payed for it, everyone is using the support sub-forum as a general discussion lol.0
