Fishing hole embedded in dolmen

Found this fishing hole embedded in the Boralis Dolmen in Rivenspire last night. It's not fishable, so it can't be fished out to respawn elsewhere and be fished. Also it's breaking physics and that's just not allowed in a Bethesda game. I mean objects intersecting with other objects all willy-nilly?! Crazy, what would the neighbors think?! xD

LOL! This must be evidence that the Psyjic Order (amongst the ZOS development team) is experimenting with altering Time.- Does using /reloadui remove the Fishing Hole?
- If you log-out to Character Select and choose the same character to play, then does the Fishing Hole persist?
- On the screenshot I see a display from the add-on Rare Fish Tracker (which I also use). If you disable RFT and reload the UI, is the Fishing Hole still present?
