Anything that has activateable items, npcs etc can get bugged, it's the same issue as in the beta(afaik). Just log out and log back in a few times to see if you hit an instance where it hasn't bugged.Sanguine's testers, the best testers.

✭✭✭Which ones you're asking for? It's affecting many of them for many many many people as far as I know.
Something in the system failed or something else happened because these are bugs I saw and heard of in beta and the patch notes said they were fixed.0
