Cadwells Gold: Messages Across Tamriel

As part of the cadwells gold main questline. I have just completed the quest "to walk on far shores". However High King Emeric is not giving me the quest Messages Across Tamriel? I have looked online at different posts and guides but I have no idea at all what to do to fix this?

um... messages across tamriel is part of the journey to defeat molag bal. if you are on cadwells gold you have already done it.

That's a quest you get from Vanus Galerion to talk to all the leaders and get them to conference on Stirk before the Coldharbor Quests and the final Main Quests.

You have already done it. Like the person above says, its part of the initial coldharbor quest.

If you've completed Cadwell's Gold, it should simply say in your journal to return to the Harborage, where you will talk to Caldwell one last time. The leader of the alliance will not give you any quest at the end of the final quest in the last zone. It's weird, and kind of anticlimatic. But yeah, go back to the Harborage.

Assuming the OP is doing it as the game intended it to be done, Now, thanks to One Tam, you can technically do all the zones without finishing the Main Quest line, but you won't get credit for doing Caldwell's Silver or Gold. If the Op has not finished the Main Quest line, they need to go do that to get credit for completing Caldwell's Silver and Gold. Which means, go to the Harborage. LOL.

Emeric doesn't give that quest. Vanus Galerion gives you the quest. I believe he sends you a messenger to tell you to go talk to him (or maybe he appears to you in person, I don't remember). You have to enter one of the major cities to get the quest.

Or regardless of my achievements and previous quests. By finishing the quest "to walk on far shores" should I get the quest "Stirk — Convince the three alliance leaders to attack Coldharbour" anyway?

Should be the Mages Guild in a Capital City, possibly the capital city of your alliance. Or "Talk to High King Emeric in the Hall of Heroes following the climax of the Alliance Story in To Walk on Far Shores. Alternatively, if you have not yet completed the Alliance Story, but have completed the main quest Council of the Five Companions, Vanus Galerion will explode out of nowhere when you enter a safe area. Either way, you will be sent to the Mages Guild in Daggerfall to meet with Copper Dariah, leader of the Ring of Daggers, who has a message for you. Vanus Galerion has a plan to defeat Molag Bal."

I think Caldwell mentions that he makes it so that the other alliances do not recognize you as the hero of Tamriel, but rather just another "citizen". This was the only way, before One Tamriel, that players from other alliances to experience other alliance storylines with their character. Now I think you simply gain an achievement and caldwell's hat after completing all three storylines.

Have you already brought the 3 alliance leaders to Stirk and gone to Coldharbor or not?

If you haven't, make sure you don't still need to do stuff for the main quest.

yes but you cannot have the quest 'cadwells silver' in your quest log until you have defeated molag bal and had a chat with meridia then gone to the harbourage and talked to cadwell. same for gold... it can't be in your quest log until you have completed silver.

If you've done all the quests on the Cadwell's Gold sheet (check you Achievements and Quest Journal), you probably need to talk to Cadwell at the Harborage, assuming you've completed the Main Quest and defeated Molag Bal. I don't know what happens if you do Cadwell's Gold before finishing the Main Quest.

Yes under the main quest tab, there is "Cadwells Gold" to "make my way through Stros M'kai, Alik'r Desert, Glenumbra, Stormhaven, Riverspire, and finally Bangkorai" ive done them all. Im in bangkorai at the end where I rescued high king emeric at hall of heroes. But I dont know what to do next? I checked the achievements for the daggerfall covenant and ive done them all other than the ones you get for doing e.g. 53 quests in glenumbra

it doesnt. but if you go to any of the capital citys you should find a guy that will invite you to go to craglorn.

Problem is, with One Tamriel, you can do quests for Cadwell's Silve and Gold without actually defeating Molag Bal.

If the OP has already done Stirk, Coldharbor, and the Main Quest, then, yeah Emeric's not going to give the OP a quest they've already done or removed the need for.

So how do I "Experience the daggerfall covenant"? Whats the next step after saving high king emeric?

Yes under the main quest tab, there is "Cadwells Gold" to "make my way through Stros M'kai, Alik'r Desert, Glenumbra, Stormhaven, Riverspire, and finally Bangkorai" ive done them all. Im in bangkorai at the end where I rescued high king emeric at hall of heroes. But I dont know what to do next? I checked the achievements for the daggerfall covenant and ive done them all other than the ones you get for doing e.g. 53 quests in glenumbra

then congratulations you have completed the first part of the story.....

time to move on - craglorn wrothgar morrowind vvardenfell

I dont understand why/where it tells me to move on to craglorn etc etc

it doesnt. but if you go to any of the capital citys you should find a guy that will invite you to go to craglorn.

So finding this guy would tell me to go these other places that all contribute to cadwells gold?
I just find it odd for the quest to state "and finally bangkorai" and then you'd need to go somewhere else?

I'm confused. So it says, "return to Cadwell" but you haven't returned to Cadwell and wonder why the quest hasn't closed out? Perhaps you should return to Cadwell.

If I go to cadwell he just talks a standard sentence and doesnt do anything relating to the quest. So its as if I havent experienced the daggerfall covenant? But yet people are saying the last quest is to walk on far shores which ive done?
