Hi!

I would like to log into my ESO account so that i can extend my ESO plus subscription, but i am unable to log in because the access code is not arriving to my e-mail address before the security session expires. Could you please let me spend my money here, before i get distracted by my really short attention span and i subscribe to a different MMO because of boredom? Thank you!

If you have not received your access code, you can try the following troubleshooting steps.
    • Add noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com to your list of approved e-mail senders.
    • Check your spam or junk mail folders.
      • If you are using Gmail with the Inbox categories feature, also check your Social folder.
    • If you are using a firewall or anti-virus, temporarily disable them before requesting a new code.

If you still haven't received your one-time access code email after trying the steps above, you should contact us to request we change your email address by selecting "No Longer Have Access / Can't Remember Email on Account" in the Issue Type field on this form.

IMO, officials suggesting disabling protection systems should be hanged. Just a thought.
FFS(for future sake), implement 2FA already.
