Iskras✭✭✭There is no effect when the 5-piece buff is activated (I have not seen anything yet). It's similar, the set, with the Spell Power Cure (though the Meritorious gives buff for resistances).

✭✭✭✭✭There's a blue-green glowy effect around you and group members affected when you cast a support ability while wearing the 5 piece of Meritorious Service. I used it just last week and didnt see any problems with it.1
