[request] Meritorious Service

A request, which assigns the SET Meritorious Service an effect (as in other sets) when activating the 5-piece bonus.

I do not know if this request is appropriate here, anyway. MOD can change sub-forum, if necessary.

What do you mean it isn't an effect?

There is no effect when the 5-piece buff is activated (I have not seen anything yet). It's similar, the set, with the Spell Power Cure (though the Meritorious gives buff for resistances).

There's a blue-green glowy effect around you and group members affected when you cast a support ability while wearing the 5 piece of Meritorious Service. I used it just last week and didnt see any problems with it.
