Laggy Account Page & Can't Buy Eso Plus

The account page has been lagging for me for the past 2 weeks for unknown reasons. I also tried purchasing eso plus just now because it ran out and came across an authorization issue, which is weird because it works everywhere else; then I tried submitting a ticket but I don't get a confirmation e-mail.. XD what's the issue here? Let me give you money please...? lol

    I thought it was just me. After researching the error I was receiving, I thought I had a trojan that was messing with my DNS.

    It just happened on my Windows 10 PC, Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Edge all had the same issue. So I just bought Summerset on my phone instead.

    If you are getting the message "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator." there is currently an ongoing thread about this specific issue. Please try the troubleshooting linked above and let us know if it stops the authorization error.

    I have enough money on the card. It is not expired. I called my bank and they told me there's no problem with the card.

    For the error "The transaction was not authorized. Please check the provided information again or contact your payment provider for assistance," please try the following steps to see if this allows your payment to go through:
    • Contact your financial institution and make sure they are not blocking that charge on their side.
    • Check to see if Javascript is enabled in your web browser's settings. If there are any programs that could be blocking Javascript, such as an anti-virus, firewall or web security program, please disable this temporarily while attempting this transaction. If you are receiving a popup asking to run the script, please press yes or accept to run the Javascript for the transaction.
    • Clear your cookies and try again.
    • Attempt to complete the transaction in a different web browser (or, if possible, on another computer).
    • Try a different payment method, such as PayPal.

    It could also be an issue with your billing information. Please verify that your information is entered correctly. Characters must match exactly how they appear on your billing statement. When entering your billing information, please keep the following in mind:
    • Do not use abbreviations
    • Do not use an APO/FPO address
    • Check the capitalization of each entry
    • Use a standard US zipcode (5 digits)
