Please make enemies feel more alive

Make them light attack faster, use more abilities, and rangers gain real distance without them simply walking away. Tank enemies should also at least use 1 tank ability like Spiked Armor.
PvE is too braindead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doesn't even have to be hard so long as they feel engaging! Even if they gain no real stats. It's better than this bland stuff.
Invisible enemies should gain a 50% chance to appear behind you because if you just hold block, they are D O N E

    I want quests to feel like actual achievement instead of chore. Though some definitely getting better in new dlc.

    Also reward system is meh. We need more consumables. Like some games would have arrows or jewels, bullets. I think we missing ascepts of need and desire to overland content. That's why craglorn didn't work out. There's no reason to do hard content.

The Nightblades on Stage 9 even go into stealth, and ultimate you. I do not EVER want to see any of that stuff outside of VMA. Never. As is ZOS put leaping Clanfeers outside of VMA, which is very annoying. The game doesn’t need anything else slipping out from there.

    - use random gear, no sets;
    - don't use animation canceling;
    - USE SWORD AND BOARD )
    - use all heavy armor or wierd stuff like light armor of Fortified Brass;
    - try to kill quest (not world ofcuz) bosses without other players;

    It's kinda synthetic difficulty, yet something...

    Literally playing that right now. Not even worth it cause you get kicked out of dungeons.

    No they aren’t. That guy posted that he takes a nap on the couch while his kid gets a turn, and one recent day he woke up to see that the kid was soloing NORMAL Fungal 1 final boss.

    There are enemies that are actually alive in Cyrodiil. Other players.
    This is where the mandatory, "But I don't like PvP!" response comes into play, I know.
    But...
    If you want varied enemies who act unpredictable, get a small group together and go bust some zergs. Or try battlegrounds.
    Seriously, get into PvP if you're looking for challenge from enimies...Unless what you're saying is you want stuff to be hard, but not too hard where you might die on a constant basis. Then I can't help you. PvE will always be somewhat scripted. But everything you are asking for and more can be found in PvP.

    Thanks but it's tough enough already for a level 20 newb.
    No CP's or crafted sets, just using dropped gear and quest rewards.
    Plenty challenging enough for me as it is.

    Only time it felt too easy was when I tried the ESO class (Endless Sorcs Online)

    I think what would make them feel more alive, personally, is if they weren't standing around in groups of 3 - 5 in what seems to be a purely mathematically generated means of filling the space with enemies. Just more clever placement and shaking up the group dynamics. I'm so tired of the two-people-who-run-at-you-and-one-caster-in-the-back dynamic.

    @Turelus I have a feeling that a lot of players these days don’t remember the “old” Craglorn. Or perhaps they’ve never experienced it. They don’t know and or remember what it meant to be a solo player, and encounter wasps in Craglorn. To be specific, the VR14 wasps. Or worse, the mages.

    The 9 year old got carried by someone who knows how to play, it's not that difficult to understand. And it happens all days for people of all ages, to get a big- fat- carry.
    And it wasn't vet trials at all.


    About the topic, I don't want to waste time when I go farming mats because of fights, there is plenty of activities to do that!

    That just ruins the game for newcomers who die a lot already from overland mobs and people who go to farm mats or quest.

    — They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.

    People posting that are allowing their kids to use their accounts with their maxed out toons and massive resources as well.

    If they are complaining that they one shot everything naked is it so surprising that their kid can kill stuff with it geared?

    I wouldnt say "make them harder", but giving them more varied strategy. Archers and mages actively trying to avoid you, warriors trying to snare you from time to time or gap closing if you avoid them too much. Some sinergy between them like the oil and fire thing. Having the mages or healers buff others or even casting small shields? High CP people will still steamroll them but it would be nice to be surprised every now and then.
