Have there been any racial passive changes mentioned for Summerset?

Just wondering if anyone has heard of any potential changes to racial passives? I was really hoping Nords would get some love as they are by far the most under performing race. Third best tank and no role as dps or healer. Although maybe some of the class changes will benefit Nords, but I'd have to rely on theory crafters to figure that one out.

That doesn't mean nothing is happening however, it could be NDA (though unlikely) or ZOS just haven't got that far in the work for Summerset yet.

As understod balance and new features are not under NDA, only content. They talked about all the changes to skill and sets, the new skill line and jewel crafting, not the trial, new sets or much about the quests.Nothing we've heard of from those who attended ZOS or played the play tests at press events.
