Hammerdeath Bungalow no instanced outside area!?

I have to say the Hammerdeath Bungalow has one of the nicest exteriors for the smaller houses. However, i don't quite understand why there isn't an instanced outside area where we could place furnishing on!? Strange.

Harrdarrzarr✭✭✭it's a bungalow without any outside area, might as well be an innroom. The house has an actual balkony of sorts, it's just not part of the actual house. Imagine wanting to buy a house, because on the pictures you see it has a garden, but if you read further into things, you discover the garden is a public space. All you can think at this moment is "well, that's just dumb".6 -
