Hammerdeath Bungalow no instanced outside area!?

I have to say the Hammerdeath Bungalow has one of the nicest exteriors for the smaller houses. However, i don't quite understand why there isn't an instanced outside area where we could place furnishing on!? Strange.

it's a bungalow without any outside area, might as well be an innroom. The house has an actual balkony of sorts, it's just not part of the actual house. Imagine wanting to buy a house, because on the pictures you see it has a garden, but if you read further into things, you discover the garden is a public space. All you can think at this moment is "well, that's just dumb".

Dem's the breaks. Everything walled in is instanced, but everything outside is... outside. That's why we can preview the housings after all... to see what's what.

This is exactly why I haven't gotten it yet. Would have gladly if it had any exterior.

That wasn't my main problem with it. I didn't like the bricked-up fireplace. It's too shallow to add a fire, and that place needs one.

That, and not being in Wrothgar. My Orc would rather live in the homeland.

True true. I'm still here waiting for that Wrothgar Orc Staple Home with an exterior. Dream come true.

Agree, so small (if no say 'tiny') single room for 65k gold? That nonsense must have a price of 25-30k, not more.

Cliffshade is equally disappointing for having no yard space. There are several smaller places that do have one.
