Breath of Life nerfed (again), Healing Ritual turned into a pricey instant AoE heal [Summerset]

Let's kick Templars were it hurts the most.

Honestly, BoL should just be put out of its misery. I hate Templar and even I feel this nerf was a bit much, especially since BoL was already on Life Support as is but now, a rework is probably in order.

Based on previous dev comments some players suspect it is to get more people to use Healing Ritual. Plus some PvP players still insist it is OP

They should make BoL the proper reverse execute that it should be. Hasty Prayer should have been a hot with group buff.

But none of this matters till Templars get the protections they were built around.
