Hello, I am having an issue with my account, on the accounts page it doesnt show I have a license for the Base game on PC, but only for the PS4, however if I login to the game, I can play without any issues at all. Any idea on how to fix this?
Did you create your account on PC and have it migrated to PS4 or is it a PS4 created account? Accounts are not transferable between platforms so if you joined the game on PS4 you would have to buy a new game on PC to play there.

I can login to the game on pc and play without any issues, its that my account page doesnt say i have the license at all, causing me to need to google the launcher so i can install it. This also causes issues because the ESO site says I dont actually own the base game and I need to repurchase everything.
Might be best to submit a support ticket if you haven't already. Try and get direct contact to ZOS support about the issue.

Yes, the account I use here shows I have a PS4 License, which is the same details as my PC login, but it doesnt show that license, yet can play the game because i own it (which i did purchase it)
