Are you sure Meteor actually empowered itself?
Have you tested with / without points in the passive? There was a testing thread on her a while ago and I'm sure it debunked that theory.
Oh yeah Met needs a buff, i run DBoS myself on MSorc however I'm pretty sure it doesn't emp.
Even removing the telegraph would be nice.

Light and Heavy attacks will both deal much more damage next patch. That light attack will hit harder than you think lol.
