Ive been sending numerous tickets already asking about getting a refund.
Im totally over the "unknown error" issue and accepted the fact that you guys will never do something about it because you cant admit you guys messed up.
Since I wont be able to play the game anymore, the most ethical thing to do is give my money back. I paid for a service that you did not deliver.
The funny part is after sending numerous tickets asking for a refund I received no replies. I tried sending a ticket asking for a different mode of payment to buy the game and I almost instantly got a reply.
Why the hell are you ignoring my refund request when clearly there are customer supports online.
