Aeph✭✭✭Alliance motif pages can be found in chests in Imperial City, the one you get is based on your characters alliance so you would have to use an EP character.
Very much attainable solo, without the use of crowns, though the drop rate isn't great so it can be a bit of a grind.2 -

✭You can get them from playing in PVP as a reward too I believe. There will also be the annual PVP event soon which gives them as easy drops0 -

✭No you dont get it from pvp playing. They are in chests in cyro and imperial city. Key fragment chests have a guaranteed drop.0
