Where can the motif pages be found for this style?, are they in reach of the solo player? Without using crowns...

Alliance motif pages can be found in chests in Imperial City, the one you get is based on your characters alliance so you would have to use an EP character.

Very much attainable solo, without the use of crowns, though the drop rate isn't great so it can be a bit of a grind.

They can also be found in cyrodiil.

You should get a guaranteed drop in the key fragment chests i think.

You can get them from playing in PVP as a reward too I believe. There will also be the annual PVP event soon which gives them as easy drops

No you dont get it from pvp playing. They are in chests in cyro and imperial city. Key fragment chests have a guaranteed drop.
