quick question is summerset similar to morrowind as an expansion? or is it another DLC? Do you get it with ESO plus?

well morrowind had a new class, multiple zones and a new starting quest... but yeah I guess you're right, Summerset has multiple zones and the psigic order so big enough i guess.0
