What makes ESO the best MMORPG you've ever played?

Here is my list:

Beautiful scenery
Gorgeous graphics
Optimized (I expect some push back here but I have played much worse)
Unique progression system
Gems from crown items (still get what you want to an extent - most games just have crates)
Combat system
Community
Constant flow of content

1)The Elder Scrolls lore.
2)Solo friendly.
3)Quests and Storyline.
4)Voiced dialogue.
In my honest opinion it is also kinda like a complete package....
BDO has better combat but rest of it is bad and grindy.
WOW has crown items and a lot more contents but combat is bad.
Guild wars 2 is optimized better in my opinion but it lacked the steady content flow.
And so on..

Its not, Star Wars Galaxies was, but then Sony bought it and drove it into the sun. Guess the Jedi didnt manage to stop the plain meld 0_o

Best current MMO, because
- Good graphics
- Not hyper sexualized
- Any class any role. Really mean this one. Yes some classes are better at roles, but other MMO you cant even pick a roll because your X class, or X race. That's just dumb.
- Resource management instead of cooldowns.
- Story telling. I've been playing for a year, and not a single "Go here, kill "x" squirrels" rinse and repeats quest. Do wish there was a little more to it. Like NPC dont tell me to kill you sister because she was turned into vampire when I'm one too. Especially give how obvious vampires are.

1) Only one I've ever played

I suppose that isn't 100% true. There are some I have since installed and played for like 10 minutes before losing interest.

In terms of the oversexualization of games I don't necessarily get mad because of how they are depicted but more so that it's unrealistic. Who is going to go into battle half naked? it just makes no sense.

This. I think the gameplay and all that is pretty decent of course, but it's the lore that keeps me playing. Would I still be playing if it was the same game with an entirely different setting? I don't know.

ESO is the only MMORPG I've played. I came here straight from Skyrim and Oblivion, which were the only video games of played up til that point.

That being said, ESO did encourage me to bite the bullet and play TES III: Morrowind, which I greatly recommend despite it being an older and often frustrating game compared to the newer TES titles.

everything what is not placking all for cash shop etc as for ez money

like just even wow with very old graphic, in wow which is also much better its support, if you have problem you dont need to wait days to get it solved if not even longer as with ZOS
GW2 also is better with support, new content etc

as for people happy for any class any role...ok, maybe for you its ok but as I played much ESO and after this more other mmo's I see its even better for gamplay if we have role locked on class, at mall we had it in eso and still have which ZOS nonstop trying to change it as we had the best tanks dk and best healers templar....we just see how templar was screwed many times just to make rest classes on par with healin with templar without giving anything othe to compensate to templars as they was losing they the best unique healing

EDIT: at all combat in compare to rest mmo's is really nice and different done, for me its I think the best combat system but tbh it just was screwed with morrowind "balance"....combat itslef is still great but just those changes in sustain especailly in pve just *** it

WoW combat is bad?!..the mmo that dominated the market and still does for over a decade...has bad combat?...with world championships..sponsors..$$$$$$$ money prizes..etc..bad?!

as in...

its not the best i ever played..not even close..

if i want good competitive pvp..i have wow arenas.
if i want nice bgs i have gw2
if i want solo story i have swtor
if i want fun good combat i have bdo

Honestly, its the last one i picked, its new to me and refreshing..it has some really good things..btu tons of core problems that are unbelievable on a "tripple A" mmo in 2018 ( optimization, lag, fps, clunkyness, network code...etc..etc the list goes on)

its f2p, and the pvp is different enough form what i have played before in other mmos, so that learning curve will keep me around until im not terribad at it..when i start gettign half decent my competitive side will kick in and the lack of rated pvp will probbaly kill it for me.

never been a fan of PVE but i guess in ESO it is somewhat fun...sometimes...

It's not the best I've played, DAOC was, but aspects of it are similar to DAOC for obvious reasons. There are a few things I'd rather do without in PvP but it's the best I've seen since DAOC in this genre, though I find it odd they can't seem to balance so few classes when they did a pretty good job with 45 in DAOC.

I'm not really referring to the half nakkid dress. I'm talking about the men who would drown because there shoulders are 5 times as wide as there hips, and the women who would knock themselves out with there boobs because A- they are huge, and B- they are wearing no support. That sh** isn't fun, run without support, and I'm only a B cup! Or the women being 1/3 the size of the men

WoW combat is worse than ESO's ...that combat mechanic is so early 2000.
WoW dominated MMORPG genre because the genre is really poor when it comes to games.WoW has been loosing subscribers for a long time now...it dominated doesn't mean it is good...paul brothers dominate youtube..COD dominate FPS..

WoW combat is not only bad of 2018 but it is bad for 2004 too...
I am subscribed to WoW ...just for nostalgic reasons...

Celtic Soldiers, African and North American Tribal warriors, Vietcong Sappers, certain Modern Liberian Units...

Anyone who knew the devastating effect of a battlefield infection, general fatigue from marching in heavy armor, or the effectiveness of most Swords (See Mordschlag), Proper Blunt Weapons, Cleaving Weapons, or even Farm Equipment against any and all forms of Armor - No matter how heavy or light, no matter how rigid or flexible - Might be willing to try going with a lighter option.

Even in the modern era, light cloth and unrestricting minimal coverage might be a better option option than many of the others available to a common soldier.
Also, fighting in the Nude or less coverage may provide a basic intimidation benefit on top of mobility. If your adversary is in full armor, you are likely more mobile - If they see you unafraid and entirely nude, it is possible they will feel intimidated while your own confidence skyrockets.

Of course, that's just based on Historical reality. This is a fantasy game... And they removed Unarmored from this series a while ago.

There are exactly two more populated MMOs out there, ESO must be doing something right. WoW I know is the top, I'm not sure which one is second.

It's the only one like it on console really.

I love the scale of it, always something to do

Love the guild trader system, crafting, i never intended to get into all that.

Love the increasing challenges. Complete content then try to Improve score.

PvP community suprised me on here how friendly they are.

Wish forum mods shut down thread spammers faster tho.

The people . This community is the greatest in any game I've ever played and that is why keeps me despite anything else . I really like ZoS too . They do way more with players then anyone else .
