Can't re-enter Crow's Wood

As it says,was in there earlier today but had to log off so I left the area.Now when i go back to finish quests the portal wont open when activating the chest.

Reading the notes doesn't give the quest either. And interacting with the chest does nothing.

Lets add Desparate Souls to the list,cant crack the crystall so quest borked,seems all was fine till Balreth got bugged now its like a chain reaction.
Seems my beta prediction about spending early access time just running around harvesting nodes and killing random mobs is coming true.
but thats what happens when you don't stress test the release version in beta.
And yes already tried multiple time to re-log/re-load game to fix...not working

I have this problem too. I managed to get in finally and now I can't re enter. It's been like this since beta and it's not even fixed on launch.

I cant even enter it. Cant remember if there is a quest to start it or not, don't remember seeing anyone near by, also if I try to click on the chest it does noting

You are supposed to open the chest and get a portal, pass thru the portal, and you'll meet the person who gives you the quest

Me too sunday at head start I entered it at lvl2 I decided to wait a few levels. Now cannot re-enter to complete the quest

Guys I believe I have figured this one out. The chest becomes "active" at nightfall. Try again when it's night in game. I logged out when it was day, the chest wasn't working, I logged back in and it had gotten to be dusk.. and the chest was active.

I believe the time of day was more important than the relog because I had relogged tor try before with no success. The time advancing to dusk/evening was the big difference here.

Do remember that Crow's wood is a part of the Evergloam, which is NOCTURNAL's plane of Oblivion!

yesterday right after the server maintenance i was able to get there again, and finally got that skyshard, so it is fixed for me now^)
