I had an issue with the Balroth quest. As a potential fix, the GM had me log out for 10 minutes, so he could "summon" me to a safe area. Now, when I try to log in that character, I get the previously mentioned error code. On my character selection screen, it shows that character being in "Clean Test" zone.

XuluBakSoul ShrivenNot to be a pain, but I've tried addressing this in-game (on another character), on the forums, and via e-mail, and as of yet, I have no idea if anything is even being done to address the issue. I've been playing MMOs long enough to expect bugs and such at launch. That's no biggie. But for a GM to make my character unplayable, then receive no response or follow up regarding anything being done to address the issue is quite frustrating.0

SpinousSoul ShrivenI have the the same issue. I have made about 10 tickets to the support about this and they all tell med to just write /stuck and /reloadui. I try to tell them that i cant do that from the character screen but don't read the entire ticket and just close them. I haven't been able to play my character for 3 days and am getting really frustrated. If anyone has a solution for this please tell everyone how it is done.1

I'm going on 2 days as well. It feels like this should be a 10 minute fix tops, dumping affected back into a public game zone. 2-8+ days is pretty unacceptable for any action. I've been relatively patient so far but this needs to be solved.0

DezbeSoul ShrivenHey guys, I got the issues resolved. I sent an email in via support asking them to give me a call. They got back to me pretty quick and move my character out of the "Clean Test" area in Stonefalls and was able to log back on. Hope this helps.0
