Weren`t digital preorders supposed to come with 5 day early access?

I`m sure i read that digital preorders came with 5 days and hard copys came with 3 day. i preordered digital and only got 3

Where did you preorder from? I believe the 5 days was only for digital preorders through Zenimax's online store itself, not from Gamestop or the like.

ah ok. i ordered from Gamefly. Seems a bit crooked to me though since i know that some retailers had it listed as 5 day.

Depend on wich version no ? Standard's three days and imperial was 5 as the Collector boxed one...

I preordered physical Imperial edition from a third party retailer. I was supposed to get 5 day.

I didn't because my retailer sucks, though.

I had the same issue. Log a consumer complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0341-file-complaint-ftc

GameStop and ZOS did not make the terms clear and it needs investigation. So many of us have been ignored by both entities.
