So I completed the collection of all the relics in wrothgar and placed them all in the house of orsimer glories museum and I receive the achievement points for completion but did not receive any costumes am I missing something or is it a bug?

I am still missing one..
. missing exactly one is a pain. I didn't look up the other ones online so I don't want to do it for the last one. 0 -

Not exactly true. You get the costumes for finishing the Museum collection which takes both Relic Hunter and Main Story line. If you look downstairs in the Museum Coldwid's Skull you see is still actually missing. You need the quest "Cold Wind from the Mountain" which the Museum Curator gives only after completing the Main Story and collecting all 20 other Relics.
Edit: Additional info
- There are 22 Relics total, you need 16 of the 20 Relic Hunter ones, to get "Cold Wind from the Mountian"
- Armlet of Torug from "Sorrow's Kiss" quest does not count. This is other one that does not count toward Relic Hunter. This one also has quest related choices that affect it
- Cold Wind from the Mountain requires the Hero of Wrothgar Achievement to start. In total thats 40 quest including Long Live the King (last quest in the main story) In practices though, this means you need to do all of Wrothgar (there are actually more than 40 quest, but not a whole lot more)Edited by Maura_Neysa on March 29, 2018 6:39AMMaiden Maura - Xbox NA

Just seen this since I just got all 40 quest done ad well where do I get that quset line now?0
