Moving in Slow Motion After Level 20 Story Line Quest
I looked for another discussion on this bug and could not find one.
I completed the level 20 quest in the Harborage, after the final boss fight in that quest I was moving extra slow, seems to be about 50% the normal movement speed. Not walking instead of running mind you, if I toggle to walking I move even slower and it still affects me while I'm mounted. I tried reloading the ui, then logging out/back in and finally relaunched the game entirely and I'm still moving in slow motion.
I did notice that I have a apparently permanent buff/debuff called "overwhelming Power" that may be related to this issue as I do not remember seeing that before.
Anyone have any ideas?
