@ZOS_GinaBruno I want to ask the next: If I purchase (preorder) the Collector's Edition in a retailer store, I will have all Pre-Purchase Bonuses including the Nightmare Senche Mount? Or only these bonuses are for digital pre-purchases?

✭✭@ZOS_BillE - It is written on the official website that upon pre-purchasing The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Collector's Edition digitally, you receive immediatly the Nightmare Senche Mount. I have also seen a lot of people riding it already ingame. I have purchased this product but haven't got my mount ingame. I believe this is a bug that shall be resolved.

- Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
- Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams

I don't care when I receive these bonuses. I care to receive all bonuses at sometime. I understood that senche mount was only a bonus for digital pre purchases, but now I understand I'll receive this mount at launch time of the game. If the mount was a exclusive bonus only for digital prepurchases, I buy a digital prepurchase to have this mount. I want it.0
