Hi everyone!

@ZOS_GinaBruno I want to ask the next: If I purchase (preorder) the Collector's Edition in a retailer store, I will have all Pre-Purchase Bonuses including the Nightmare Senche Mount? Or only these bonuses are for digital pre-purchases?

If you pre-purchase a physical Collector's Edition of Summerset, you will receive the pre-purchase bonuses and Nightmare Senche Mount at release.

@ZOS_BillE - It is written on the official website that upon pre-purchasing The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Collector's Edition digitally, you receive immediatly the Nightmare Senche Mount. I have also seen a lot of people riding it already ingame. I have purchased this product but haven't got my mount ingame. I believe this is a bug that shall be resolved.

But of course you want proof of purchase from the retailer. How do we do that? How can you otherwise know we even bought it?

Sorry. This won't happen this time. All will be available on launch. When pre-ordering physical version, you won't get the sanche anyway.

Hello.

I don't care when I receive these bonuses. I care to receive all bonuses at sometime. I understood that senche mount was only a bonus for digital pre purchases, but now I understand I'll receive this mount at launch time of the game. If the mount was a exclusive bonus only for digital prepurchases, I buy a digital prepurchase to have this mount. I want it.
