Early Access to Launch

I know that the Early Access is ending at 7pm on Thursday in USA EDT, but the release to pick up my game in the store isnt until friday. Is there a grace period or will I have to wait to play until I can pick it up on friday?

Im not 100% sure but if you have entered the early access key then you should auto get your month. Have you actually paid for the game? or could it be cancelled? If its paid for then I cannot see an issue.

Hey there, @cromahn. Yes, there is a grace period of 48-hours, so you'll have time to pick up your copy of ESO!

Also, for anyone who has ordered the physical edition through Amazon, there should be an early access key that only customer support can see. It is in an "annotation" section. I was able to get my early access key even though I won't have my physical copy until Friday or Saturday. I recommend the chat option when asking them for help.
