How to properly go about quest content for end game players?

I honestly believe that you should save some content for alt characters. I have only just visited vvardenfell now, but with a new character and a class i have never played. Makes it all new and fresh again. There are quite a few combinations of class, main attribute, role and race you should have new experiences all the time. The on!y thing that weakens it a bit is the whole cp system, which I feel is a disguised loyalty reward scheme. There should be hard solo content though. I would appreciate dying or being at risk of dying sometimes. It is one of the main risks for me in the long run, once it gets stale in the pve quests i might get bored and look at other games, but that could be some time away yet i don't know.

I'm not sure why they don't scale quest content to your level since a lot of it is instanced content that other players can't access.

Quest giver: "Meet Molag Bal. He's one of the strongest deities in existence. You need to defeat him. It won't be easy." Molag Bal proceeds to die from 4 light attacks.

The hilariously easy content completely breaks inmersion.

I just have accepted it's easy and went for the fun build option. Just got a mDK to 50. Put Overwhelming Surge and Ilambris on him, he's a lightshow.

I take it no-one here is a completionist then, where all content, DLC's and Chapters included has to be entirely completed on at least one character?

Yeah, I have an end game completionist char who has done every single quest in game up to date leaving no stone unturned, has all skyshards currently available, and has gotten to sergeant in PvP, so has a LOT of skill points.

You'd be wrong there. I have all of the quests done on main and am Palatine Grade 2 in PvP.

For me I don't follow the meta, I don't use my bis gear and use a variety of different builds. Last thing I'd find fun is taking 20 minutes to kill a wasp just to get thru the story, which is why I'm questing anyway. I PvP for challenging content and solo dungeons when I want questing with a slight challenge as well.

    Works for me.

The Game just needs to keep scaling with you up to CP cap.

    720CP monsters There,done :)

Sorry but that’s the worse suggestion ever.
If you keep gaining CP and everything keeps scaling, what’s the point?

It’s not TES Oblivion or Morrowind where you’re completing sections and eventually the whole game to never return.

It’s an online massive server therefore with your comment it would be like saying just stop at 50. (No CP)

The issue that the OP brings up wouldn’t be addressed by your comment as the problem is the developers intentionally lowered the AI and difficulty from 2013 closed beta until now. The solution already exists...

Start with using the October-November 2013 closed beta difficulty and go from there. (People will quit in droves tho cause it requires you to balance build and use your brain.....rotations won’t work)

    But that addresses the complaint.
