Bonus copy of the Morrowind® Chapter with Summerset Pre-order
I bought the Morrowind® Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade less than one month ago. If I were to buy the "Summerset™ Digital Upgrade" or the "Summerset™ Digital Collector’s Edition Upgrade" would the "bonus copy of Morrowind" included be available as a stand alone base game + Morrowind to give away or something? Or am I misunderstanding this?

Nope. They just included Morrowind for free for those players who didn't have it already.

So those of us that have supported the game have to pay $30 for Summerset while newcomers get the game, Morrowind, and Summerset for a measely $40? That's kind of a turd move, imo.0

Yeah, and it's only for a brief promotional period. Lots of games do this when new expansions are released.

I think my reaction is the norm for all new ESO subscribers, but it shouldn't bother those who have been playing 6 months or longer; they've already gotten their money's worth... at least it wouldn't bother me.0 -

You're not really paying double. They are just included Morrowind with the new Summerset chapter for a prief promotional time. After the time is up, people will have to get them separately again.
You're basically getting it for free.0
