Zenimax has put out a lot of content over the last year. Do you like the dungeons and trials?

All I want is rewarding and challenging content for groups of any size.
Like public dungeons and dolmens, but hard.

Story and scenery are my main points of interest in ESO. I like group content too but it's become impossible to do. Normal dungeons are too easy, vet dungeons too hard (I'm referring to the new, "DLC" dungeons here) and the same applies to trials.
We've been telling this to ZOS for, like, ever... so I just give up on that content. And I don't want to practice every 3 months to get 30K DPS in order to do the new vet stuff.

I'm happy with the content they've been putting out, even though some of it isn't really for me. Surprised how much I like the newest dungeons, go figure.

But I would like open-world PVP to have a turn too, please. It doesn't even have to be brand-new, just some new stuff for our old playground would be welcome.

I'm here for the story and quest content. I don't even buy the dungeon-only DLCs. I do trials once a week with a guild group but they're not something I seek out otherwise. So as long as a DLC or chapter includes some good new story stuff, I'm reasonably happy. If it's only dungeons or trials, I don't really care.

Of the most recent story DLCs, I've only completed Morrowind, but I enjoyed it and I'm glad to know that there's an overarching storyline that connects all three of the recent/upcoming areas.

On a serious note: I'm waiting for anything, intrested in what questlines will be waiting for us in the Isles, how the story of the Triad will continue plus the Trial, it seems like (maybe a post here, or in reddit mentioned it) Nocturnal will be involved with the trial, so maybe a daedric themed trial ( I like daedra)

    Dungeons and Trials all day
I love the new DLC dungeons. Overland content and trials don't really interest me that much though. I enjoy overland questing, but it's far too easy in this game. Trials, on the other hand, are too difficult to organize if you have a busy life.

But the fact that we are receiving a little bit of everything is great. Everyone is happy that way.

In the past year we got:

    - 2 overland zones
    - 2 trials
    - 4 dungeons
    - PvP battlegrounds

I do not like PUG's but I will deal with them on occasion in a small dose. For this reason I have not tried a trial in this game.

It has been my experience in many games that the greater number of people required to assemble a group, the greater the delays and logistic problems that occur.

I would not mind the addition and trials as much if they also came with a solo version, with a reduced reward as well.

Further I believe the older parts of the game also suffer when no new content is added in the way of quests. It is vital to the health of a game to keep established players coming back into all parts of the game. The established players act as a mentor to the up an coming. This also spreads the population around so you do not end up with as many low pop zones.

I basically regard ESO as a great solo experience. The presence of other players is a minor annoyance. I do group up occasionally only to pug the tier 1 and 2 dungeons. No Trials and DLC dungeons stuff (I'm a scrub, non DLC dungeons are already a test on my limits ), at least for the near future.

I'd like to see some new 4 man/6 man type content DSA, etc, perhaps racing another team directly and being able to buff your own (power stones) or sabotage theirs.

I'd like to see other mechanics aspects of the game get integrated, whether disarming traps, puzzle doors, or something to progress. You know, proper Gauntlets.

If I had to choose but one thing though, I'd like to see them leave the content they have and work on better difficulty and reward options for that content.

Sure, I look forward to the new trial, but I also anticipate it will be normal-mode faceroll or Vet/HM nay impossible.

There needs to be levels in between - a damn slider from 1-10 that increases difficulty, improves score and rewards, and gives less-than-top-tier progression groups (read that as 99% of them) an opportunity to improves as they go.

Right now it's either taking a flamethrower to a kindergarten fight or it's like trying to break through a bomb shelter with a plastic spoon, and little in between.

I would like to see something like Imperial City where we can collect Tel Var or another currency (though I know some people think we already have too many) with our guildmates/friends without having to be restricted by alliance. My guild focuses a lot on helping new players, some of whom would like to try IC but don’t feel ready to on their own, and having to fill 3 character slots with builds that work in that sort of play just to ensure I can do this with them is annoying.

A similar thing where we can group up regardless of alliance and tackle it together would be awesome.

OP must be new to the forums. Don't you know that when you tell someone here what to do, they tend to do the opposite?

Also, many of us came here for the story, the setting and immersion and the single player elements. There aren't nearly enough of you diehard pvp'ers and 'progressive' trial people to sustain this game. Oh, and you don't tend to buy any fluff in the store either.

Story, lore and exploring is the most important to me too. I do enjoy a challenge, love VMA, look forward to when to when I can finally find a group to do VDSA again, and vDLC dungeons and trials eventually...but if that's all there was and the story and lore wasn't something I enjoyed, I wouldn't be playing the game.

I think the worm wizard personality is waaay too hard to get. It should just straight up be a reward for completing it on vet. The challenges I feel make it something only a tiny percentage of the population can actually get. 7/10

the worm wizard personality is so annoying that it souldn't even exist, or it should be harder, but much harder to get.
having one guy around with that noisy personality is bad, but 2 or 3 is insane. i think that there are too many people with it.

    I HATE DUNGEONS DLC. Why?

Because I love to do fast random dungeons so I don't want dungeons DLC to pop up in the random queue. In the end, I just don't buy them.

I enjoy most types of content. I love Cyrodiil PvP, but I'm happy enough with what it offers. Battleground stuff is a bit too small-scale for me. I also enjoy the occasional dungeon. But more than anything, I just like having zones to explore and do quests in. A delve here, a public dungeon there, sprinkle some world bosses over the area and I'm a happy camper. I've completed every zone, many of them several times across a bunch of characters. I'm ready to go somewhere new.

Oh wait! Yeah, a DLC for fishing. An epic fishing trip to visit the sload and do a lot of angling. Upgrade my reels and line with gambling for those magic boxes ZOS. C'mon you know I want a gold reel of Dreughercatching. And when I kill a fish, I want its corpse to stay there, while the next fishy innocently goes about its business, trying not to look at its imminent future. And I can always do Guild bingo.

Not even remotely interested in the group content, so dungeon DLC is largely useless to me. I've played since beta and haven't run a single dungeon in this game ever, let alone a trial

I am glad dungeon content exists though, so I'd never argue ZOS should stop that kind of content. A lot of players love it, and that's great for the playerbase of the game as a whole  My favourite content updates are definitely new solo exploration areas that focus on narrative adventures though. That's the heart and soul of TES and the reason I play these games. However, a VERY close second would be an overhaul to Cyrodiil, because large-scale PVP where uneven player counts and dirty ambush/zerg strategies are part and parcel of tactical warfare is the reason I play MMOs, and the reason I'll always consider WoW lacklustre with how much it caters to players who expect battles to be "fair" with perfectly even player counts and perfectly balanced maps that don't offer any tactical geographical advantage to one side over another. BLEHRGH to that.

Also worth noting, as long as they keep adding huge annual updates like Vvardenfell and the (apparently) even larger Summerset Isles, I'm perfectly content paying for updates of this size and frequency on top of a sub. Because not even WoW is able to churn out content updates this frequently. Their expansions might be larger, but they tend to be every two years or more, not annually. And certainly not on top of additional annual exploration content on par with Orsinium and Clockwork City's quality and scale.
