I literally ran scale caller on vet back to back 20 times, and did not receive a necklace of jorvulds guidance. That doesn't make any sense for drop rates to be that bad. Dungeons are still providing restoration staffs for stamina sets which are absurd.

An observation i made when dungeon running is when i run in medium armor, i get light and heavy. When i run in light i get medium and heavy, when i run in heavy i get light and medium. If im magicka based, i get stam drops, if im stam based i get magicka based.

Dont know how you can use that to your advantage with jewelry, but its damn frustrating all the same.

Get the armour pieces and farm the jewellery of the second set. It's what I did. Built everything around SPC Jewellery and 2 armour for my healer. The other 5 sets are just plug and play.

It's been bad since the start. They need to rework the whole loot/rng system so it's enjoyable like in other games.
