I’m trying to figure out what the best healers are running. Currently I’m running 5 Pieces of Kagrenac, 3 Heavy 1 Light waist 1 medium gauntlet, 2 piece heavy troll king everything has impen, sword, shield, and Jewlery of Wizards repost. I’m extremely hard to kill but just trying to get an eye for the other healers out there

2 Malabeth (1 Light 1 Medium for 6% Undaunted Mettle)
Double Sword and Board Seducer or 1 S&B and 1 Ice Staff of Seducer
Make sure Health is around 35 k with tri stats and attributes. Enough Stam to Perma block and block cast spam breath of life . All mag Regen on glyphs and Purle tri stat or witch mother food have to use Atro Mundas with tri food but Bette stats.
I have had 6 Destro ults stacked on my at the same time with that build and survived to spam heals to keep my team members alive. You can bathe I destros and literally need dedicated Negates to die...since your a group healer Duroks is useless because you have no damage skills in our bar just healing and support.
The build is complete cancer in BG if you have the time you can run Lich nstead of Seducer (3 jewels and Sword and Board)if you willing to put in the time to farm them as your Regen and max mag will be a little better it’s up to you.

Of course I'm far from being a pro myself, but I found this setup to work for me.
My templar raid healer :
5 heavy kags
5 transmutation
2 bloodspawn
Argonian for those sweet passives
S&b and resto staff, kags 5th bonus only active on s&b bar
Ideally i should get earthgore..but the dungeon is rather hard to tackle.
I experience bloodspawn a good alternative untill I get to earthgore, makes me even more tanky and my ultimate gain is huuuuge. Imo blood spawn works better for me than troll king, but I guess that depends on the size of your group, gameplay style etc.

Its extremely hard to kill me. takes at least 8 people beating on me non-stop to run me out of magic.
Its nice cause my group does major DPS, So I don't really worry about how many people are hitting me I just worry where my team is to kill them

My Mag DK runs Twilight 5x + 5x transmutation. Twilight has one of the best benefits and if you throw out orbs and other synergies especially with the synergy changes you can really help a lot of people. The AP you get from the HoT is pretty decent too so I'd recommend those two sets.

Well it's more than viable to run transmutation as your backbar set already and still have good uptime on it. I would say even when 2h set bonus comes in You are still only going to want trans 5 piece active on the Sword and board bar so you can have a masters resto on your front.
IMO the 2 straight up best set ups you can run are 3x heavy kags on the body. Light belt medium hands then 2x heavy earthgore. Then your jewelry and sword and board can be either 5x trans or 5x spc then a master resto staff front bar. Use the ritual stone. And glyph mostly tri stat. Use blue health and magicka food. You will hit about 1600 Regen 1900 spell damage 38k magicka and 28-30k health. Unbuffed.
This is the set up I have been able to hit the best numbers in. This is all if you are talking large group. If you are less than 8 I'd change a few things.Edited by Vilestride on April 10, 2018 2:25AM0 -

Just stop man, the set is so far below par compared to alternative sets its not even worth consideration.
The internal cd of the proc operates on a single target per proc basis which is not controllable in who gets the meager 5k (pvp) sheild that lasts for much less than 6 seconds since a target who would benefit from the sheild is likely taking hits already. 3 second internal CD that could potentially effect multiple targets and having a second max mag bonus (double crit bonus for a support set like really?) then maybe it would see some play possibly.

I actually use the gear and know what it can do; I'm not forced to speculate about it like you and others in this thread have done...
The gear rocks and I can list many reasons why...
So just stop hatin and accept the goodness that the Combat Physician gear set brings to the table...
