Missing treasure maps?

Hi. I have digital edition imperial, and I got the beta pet, and the ring of mara scroll in my mail, but the treasure maps people talk about I can't see anywhere. (I have not received them on a character and deleted it, or something like that). Do I have to do something to get them, or what?

Same here, except I have the physical Imperial Edition (with statue). I have the scroll for this ring (not sure why it looks like a scroll) and I have the monkey, but that's it. No other preorder imperial bonuses.

I believe this is part of the pre-order content that only will be released on launch day, not during Early Start.

If that were the case, others wouldn't have the maps as well. 1 of my friends have the maps, and I see in chat many others do as well.

I got the Digital Imperial edition, and have the maps, it is odd that some have it and others don't..

We aren't supposed to receive those items before April 4th release, but some people got them earlier by mistake: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4736/

The full range of in-game benefits from the Explorer's Pack will be unlocked on April 4, 2014.

Don't worry, check on Friday if you get them

Same here .... I havent got the mail with the pre-order packets or the pet from the imperial ed. While I could understand, that you get the imp pet only after redeeming the final code for the imp ed, i dont understand, why it should be the same, with the pre-order packet.

Here's the deal as I understand it... You get everything at the start of early access, but ONLY if you preordered from the official Elder Scrolls store. If you went through a 3rd party website (like I did), or bought the physical Imperial Edition, you have to wait until official launch for the other items to appear.

I don't know if this is true or not, but while questing with my guild, everyone that ordered it through Bethesda got the maps and the ones that ordered it through a third party did not. Can anyone confirm?

I also didn't receive my treasure maps. Got the ring and one of the pets. I did put in a ticket. Hopefully they can resolve it.

Buddy of mine bought the game from the Amazon as well. Digital as well. he got his maps.
