How does that even work on a controller, modifier buttons? So X, LB+X, RB+X etc.?IwakuraLain42 wrote: »Bonzodog01 wrote: »Also, remember that this game is built around console as well. Console UI's have limits.
Well, ff14 manages to give me 8 bars with 16 skills each on my PS4.
With SS announcement today, you had me at Psijics and griffons. Stoked! My main thing though is as more and more dlcs come out, and more and more skills follow, when will we be able access a third skill bar. I’m not asking for WoW/EQ2 20+ skills available, but it’s starting to get annoying with the only 10(8) slots now. DLCs like TG and DB offered skill line passives, but adding more actual skills, maybe it’s time. Maybe even if it’s a non-combat skill bar or something. Somewhere to slot Rapid Maneuvers and other certain buffs. We don’t even know what they’re gonna be yet, but I’m pretty sure people will want to use some of them w/o sacrificing they’re loved playstyle/rotations. Food for thought. What’s everyone else think?

Interesting. Not sure I could keep up with the muscle memory for that. Thanks.IwakuraLain42 wrote: »How does that even work on a controller, modifier buttons? You activate a skill by R2 or L2 together with one of the 8 buttons (d-pad, square, x, triangle, circle) . You switch bars by R1 and one of those 8 buttons.
