Nerf PvP. Innocent players are dying there because of silliness.


Hey, is this a Nerf Sorc thread now?

I get that no one likes their main class to get nerfed. It’s not fun. But the alternative is leaving other classes hanging out to dry because - if we are honest for one moment - buffing the other classes isn’t something ZOS is going to do. Do you want PvP where 50% are Nightblades and the rest is stamWardens and magPlar Healbots?

Never have I seen so many fragile egos before. They lose and come running straight to the forums like, "Mommie, Tommy just beat me and he knows I'm supposed to win, punish him for me since I can't! Mind you, these are the same folks who call casuals "carebears" lol. And these are grownups for crying out loud!

That's one point if my message. And one of the main reason why players are asking for nerfs. Too often it's biased opinions and peoples expressing their feelings and frustrations about something.

Overkill : when you stand near an enemy for 2 seconds, your opponent had 100% chance to die suddenly and and give you back 10 000 stamina magicka and health.

I think, you missed the point there. Even if I wasn't playsing nightblade mainly (I have 8 characters actually from all classes and I play with all of them), I will write the same thing, because in my opinion the game and classes are balanced pretty well actually. (even the developpers made the same statement in ESO live recently if I remember well).
Honestly, I am annoyed and tired to see the community asking for nerfs to almost everything, every time. The nerfs who came with morrowind and the others patches was not enough?!
And a large part of the community are just following blindly the trend on forum (currently asking for nb nerfs, and before and for a long time it was the same against sorcs), and following the opinion of the majority without making their own opinion about the concerned topic (but also with a lack of objectivity and serious reasoning with maths and facts).
I like how the members of the forum influence each other, it's fascinating to see. ^^

And I'm curious where did you find your number about 50% of nb in pvp?

Nope. People will complain some fists hit harder than others, so they need to be removed, too.

Then there will be those whiners who complain about those having thick skin to ignore their "complaints", accusing them of having armor.

Seriously, today's "younger" generation of gamers have no idea what it means to "game".

Probably too busy being proud of their "participation trophies" given to them without doing anything useful.

One shot kills. Everything at the start of the game. Can't handle losing.

Yeesh. I've no pity for people with this attitude.

Someone in area chat said "If you can't beat them, get a group to beat them" and my response was "If you can't beat them, go on the forums and ask ZOS to nerf them"

Nerf everything that kills me? That would mean nerf literally everything, even slaughter fish and fall damage.
