Unable to load metafile

I've been trying for over an hour now. I open the launcher and click the button that says "Install." The launcher indicates that it is trying to download something, but never moves past 0%. After about a minute I get an error message that reads
Error 102 - DownloadError_InvalidMetafile
- Unable to load metafile, please contact customer support.
The button keeps switching between "Install" and "Repair," but the message is still the same. Am I the only one with this problem, and can someone please tell me how to fix it? I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher.

Firestar1992✭✭I just want an answer to this question at the very least: Is this a problem on my computer, or is it a problem on your server? If it's my problem, then we can go through step-by-step instructions on how to fix it later, but I would feel better just knowing.0

Same thing is happening to me,
I'm just getting a different error code. I'm getting error 210: Unable to download manifest.0 -

Firestar1992✭✭Okay, I set the game to not automatically update. Now it seems to be trying to download. It's taking it nice and slow, but I'm crossing my fingers that this is progress.

Firestar1992✭✭Aaaaaaannnnnddddd back to the same old problem. The download finally finished after well over 12 hours, and once it did, it started telling me all about the stupid metafile crap again that no one ever helped me with.0
