Reorganize the menus

Is it me or are the menus in-game disorganized? I always catch myself about to kick a guild member when trying to travel to them, invite them to a group or send mail. Why is "Kick" the first option, do they expect people to just be that horrible?

That is my worst nightmare when it comes to guild management.
Also, "Leave Guild" is on the guild info page, and it's very easy to accidentally leave a guild.The Moot Councillor0
