How many times did it take you before you got it? I thought Saturday was going to be my day but then I died on the Argonian Poison round. RIP. Then died on the next two, making a total of 3 deaths. It may have been like my 10th time in VMA so I don't feel bad but I was so excited. I was a Stage 4 Vamp too (mageblade).

Prolly not until my 20th clear. I didn't intend it, just got to round 8 without a death and played like a terrified noob to avoid dying the last two rounds.

I did my first no death clear by accident. I thought that I had died earlier (stupid spinning metal wheel crap phase) and didn't realize I had done so until I killed the last boss, receiving the title. I am not very good at vMA, nor do I really enjoy it and it took me 20+ tries as well.

I am sure you will have people say that you can do it on your first couple but I dunno.... I never cared much for the one man trial myself. However I was still newer at the game and listened to people like Gilliam, who told me that I had to have the daggers to be BiS. Little did I know then, BiS is just code for "cool with end game raiders/streamers."

If it means that much to you, just keep grinding away. If a DPS hack like me can do it, everyone can.

Somewhere between 50 and 100, most likely. I didn't count but I was running it every day during both Orsinium anniversary events and I got it on Thanksgiving of last year. So thanks ZOS!

I haven't been back since. Maybe someday but not soon. I have enough weapons where there's minimal schlepping between alts involved.

In all honesty, I think around my 10th time or so.

      My best advice:
      • Know the spawn spots
      • Know which mob is most dangerous to take out first. A lot of the time the mage's light attacks can be a real hassle
      • If you're a vampire go in at stage 2, still get recovery buffs but less fire damage
      • USE the sigils. The YouTube runs dont but never have too much pride to use them in clutch situations or even whenever

A lot! Probably around 200 times total maybe 50 actually trying for flawless for the first time. As in if I died I quit and started over. But I got my first flawless when I was on Xbox and if you got DC’d it did not count and I didn’t know and I got DC’d but logged right back in to the same spot (I disconnected in a load screen so no death) and then the next day I did it again with no dc and got it

Maybe my 200 is exaggerated but I was running it 3 times a day for a few months at one point

Never actually realized that I was flawless till the achievement popped. Probably around my 20th clear. It was pure luck as it took me one more month to start getting intentional flawless runs. Also this was back when sorcs ran with 13-14k HP and 20 second shields.
I play how I want to.

Thankfully I know where 90% of the spawns points are and what to expect. I just got caught off guard. I guess I forget about the sigils because I was trying to get a high enough score to stay on the weekly leaderboard. But I suppose if I had used them, I would have done a flawless run. Better to be safe than sorry I suppose. Thank you. I figured Stage 3 Vampire would be good too since you get the health regeneration buff under a certain percentage of health.

I think it was 20-30 clears. I was playing a regular highly aggressive build though, so I'm pretty sure you can make it far easier by cheesing it with some unkillable build.

        7 times.
Don't let the number fool you because my first time I spent 4 hours using up all revives allotted, second time I improved but still used up more than half, third time I improved and used less than half, and so on. The 7th time I literally went in with a 2h/bow forgetting to swamp back from PvP and decided to keep going; Later I was at the final stage realizing that I had not died and almost panic killed myself lol.

I got really close to getting Flawless Conqueror pm every time I did it, but I have super awesome lag spikes in vMA so usually i'd be fine, then my game would go to 999+ ping and 5 seconds later I was dead.

The first time that didn't happen I got it. So idk. like 18 tries probably?

About 100 runs and I had to cheese it by running heavy armor. It wasn't til about 200 runs that I got it while going for a score, which actually was my first run in months prior to that.

About 20-30, first clear was on my stamblade, back when it was my 1st ever run through using duel wield and bows, I usually used 2h and bow back then.

After that on my altss I was running for leaderboards and they got it with a go or 2, my mag DK got it 2nd attempt.

Only enough my main and oldest character, magsorc was my last character to get the flawless title, even though I got it 1st as magsorcs are notoriously good at vma flawless.

I went in there on my Argonian healer to get it, yes it's only a stupid title, but it's my favourite stupid title and I guess it usually shows you have an element of skill/awareness.

I figured Stage 3 Vampire would be good too since you get the health regeneration buff under a certain percentage of health.

You probably know this and slipped up, but just in case: Each stage of vampirism gives a stronger health regen debuff, not a buff.

At stage 3, you get Undeath, which is a damage mitigation buff when you have low health. It's not very good, scaling from 1-33% based on how much health you're missing. By the time it becomes high enough to matter, anything that hits you will kill you anyway. Maybe good on a tank, but not for a DPS in Maelstrom.

My 6th complete was Flawless. vMA is 100% about knowledge of mechanics and spawns. I will say though that my first flawless complete was using a DW Mag Sorc PvP build (Orsinium patch)...... it was about a 90min run xD

20-30 runs maybe, on a stam warden. Ran it once a week for weapons and gold winterborn jewelry. Wasn't particularly trying to get it, one day the lag just worked out in my favor.

Right right. I am at work and forgot it was a 33% damage mitigation under 30% health. I try to stay above that amount anyways and shield up.
